Now that you've decided to stay with us you will need to know a few things about your Condominium... each Condo comes beautifully and uniquely furnished to insure that your vacation with us will be comfortable.

What do I pack?
We can tell you what you don't have to worry about... (the kitchen sink).

Coffee in the morning?
Each Condo has a fully equipped kitchen, including microwave oven, cooking range, oven, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker and a blender.

Don't want to go out for dinner?
Consider cooking at home! Plan a cook-out, enjoy our outdoor grilling areas. Throw some ribs on the grill while everyone enjoys the pool and hot tub that are just a few steps away. Sit on the swings or relax on the Adirondack chairs and watch the sunset while the food is cooking. Don't worry about clean up, our staff will take care of that for you.

How can I keep up with the laundry?
Each Condo is equipped with both a washer and a dryer, all you will need to provide is your laundry detergent. Each of our Condos are furnished with an iron and an ironing board for your convenience. Don't worry about towels and linens, we have those too but you might want to bring your own beach towels.

I'm on business trip and need to stay in touch.
Relax, each Condo is equipped with high-speed internet access. If you need an alarm to wake up by, please use one of our radio alarm clocks. Telephones are in each unit to help you stay in touch. We have fax services in the Office, just stop in and we will help you.

I can't miss my daily workout!
We have a fully equipped Fitness Center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, complete with the latest fitness machines, and restrooms for our guests to enjoy. If tennis is your game, we have a beautiful lighted tennis court on the grounds. Don't forget to pack your equipment!

	Don't miss the view! We have the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Sit out on your private balcony or patio and enjoy the view. After a fun filled day, take a walk on the beach or kick back and enjoy a quiet evening watching cable television or put a DVD in and watch a movie. Don't forget to bring your favorite ones!
